Information you provide
Account registration uses your name, email address, and password. Storefronts, listings, messages, saved items, moderation records, pickup details, and farm records are stored when you use those features.
Public marketplace, private coordination
What becomes public
Only details intentionally published through an approved storefront, listing, bulletin post, drop, or public profile are shown publicly. Use general pickup areas rather than exact private addresses.
What stays private
Passwords, private messages, exact addresses, internal notes, moderation details, seed-storage details, and unpublished farm records are not placed on public pages. Marketplace distance search does not store home addresses; browser location, when used, applies only to that search request.
How information is used
Information supports account access, marketplace coordination, moderation, safety, service operation, and recovery. EadricStead does not present itself as a payment processor and does not ask users to publish payment credentials.
Retention and choices
Keep listings current and avoid entering sensitive information into public fields. Account-data correction or removal requests can be sent to privacy@eadricstead.com.
Service records
Hosting logs, sessions, and security records may be retained as needed to operate and protect the service. Material changes to this notice will be reflected by a new effective date.
